1. Schedule
an appointment with the doctor. Your preliminary appointment includes
- A detailed consultation.
- A physical
examination.
- Past
medical and surgical history .
2.
If you choose to have surgery - Fix
a date and time for the surgery .
- Choose
a hospital and class of admission .
- Sign
a consent form for surgery and anaesthesia .
- Pre-operative
photographs will be taken by the doctor .
- Pre-operative
investigations will be scheduled.
- A
deposit may have to be payed to the hospital .
- Any
implants to be used for surgery have to be paid for in advance .
3.
Admission to hospital - Depending
on the type of surgery this may be on the day of surgery or one day prior into
a room of choice.
4.
Hospital Stay - May
range from day care surgery to 5-7 days .
5.
Payment - All
bills including hospital,surgical and anaesthesia fees are to be paid in full
at the time of discharge.
- International
patients are required to pay in advance the entire surgical, hospital ,anaesthesia
and implant fees upon admission into the hospital .
6.
Post-Operative -
All consults,follow-up,dressings ,stitch removal are included in the initital
fees for a period of two months after the operation.
- Post
operative photographs will be taken PRESERVING FULL ANONYMITY, immediately after
surgery and 7-10 days after surgery.
- You
will be requested to send post op photographs 6 months to 1 year after surgery
